Opening Hours & Prices

Below is a list detailing our prices. Prices are charged from the day of arrival to the day of departure inclusive.

We accept cash, cheques, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, BACS transfers for payment.

* Does not include medicated or special diet foods.

We can offer discounts for stays longer than 3 weeks per booking - please contact us for further information.

Please note a minimum fee of 2 days is charged. – Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day the cattery is closed for deliveries and collections. Charges are per day (e.g. arriving Friday and departing Sunday, this is a 3 day charge) we do not insist your cat is collected by a certain time as we charge by the day they are with us.

We can provide a collection and delivery service for a small charge; this can assist customers with any last minute departures, return flights or transport issue, please see our services page for more information, we serve Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex and have regular guests from Ipswich, Woodbridge, Norwich, Colchester, Clacton and many others. A minimal charge of £10.00 one way plus £0.45p per mile upto a 15 mile radius of our facility.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £20 per cat per week of booked stay will secure your booking. This is payable by cash or cheque with a guarantee card.
